Flight Bingo is a practical choice for road trips, vacation groups, travel clubs, school trips, and destination events.
What’s in this template
Flight Bingo starts with 55 editable callouts, including “Boarding group sign”, “Currency exchange”, “Baggage handler”, “Ride-on suitcase”, “Airport lounge”, and “Plane taking off”. Use these as a ready-made source list, then swap in details that fit your group.
How to use it
To play, have players mark squares as the matching moments appear. Use the board as a live spotting game, or turn the callouts into prompts that help the group trade favorite travel stories.
Flight Bingo turns flight into a flexible game for a group, classroom, party, watch-along, or independent activity. Its 55 editable callouts include Departure board, Arrival board, Boarding pass, Passport, and Check-in kiosk. Because the bank contains more entries than one 5×5 card can display, generated cards can differ while staying focused on the same topic.
Give each player a different card before the activity begins. Players mark a square when they notice the matching item or moment, using the full caller reference when the shorter square wording needs clarification. Decide before starting whether one line, four corners, an X, or a blackout wins. A line keeps the activity moving; a blackout works better when the event itself is long enough to support it. The center FREE square is added automatically and is not part of the source bank.
The source notes add this guidance: Play: Mark an entry when it is spotted. Choose a setting where the selected entries can occur. Review the wording for your audience, replace any entry that does not fit the setting, and then generate the number of randomized cards you need. Saving the edited source list also makes it easy to reuse the template with a different group without rebuilding it from scratch.
